INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please provide details
(including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.

Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. BUTT’NE does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of order fulfilment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
We offer FREE Domestic shipping around Australia. We use Australia Post or Sendle which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs
charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and
are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs

suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. BUTT’NE is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund. As DHL Express is a high priority
